VKCU Sister Secure (the “Platform”) welcomes vendors and brand partners to join our trusted marketplace. To ensure fairness, quality, and transparency, all vendors must follow these Vendor Policies, which outline rights, obligations, and operational standards inspired by leading e-commerce sites.

Registration and Onboarding

Vendors must complete full registration, providing accurate legal, business, GST, bank, and contact details.
All businesses are subject to verification before onboarding.
Vendors must agree to comply with applicable Indian laws and platform-specific rules during sign-up.

Listing Standards

Product listings must be accurate, detailed, and complete, including authentic photos, pricing, product info, and certifications where needed.
Misrepresentation, false claims, or infringing content (such as unauthorized logos or trademarks) will result in de-listing or termination.
Vendors are responsible for updating stock and removing out-of-stock items promptly.

Pricing and Payments

Vendors have control over product pricing, but must adhere to Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) rules, applicable MRP, and all mandatory tax guidelines.
Platform commissions, fees, and payment settlement cycles will be communicated during onboarding and are payable as per agreement.
Payouts are processed electronically to the vendor’s verified bank account according to the platform’s payment schedule, after deduction of agreed commissions and returns.

Order Fulfilment & Shipping

Vendors must process, pack, and ship all orders in accordance with platform service levels.

Returns, Cancellations & Dispute Handling

Vendors must accept returns and exchanges as per the platform’s customer Return Policy. Genuine return requests must be honored and processed quickly.
In case of order disputes, vendors must cooperate fully with platform support to ensure a fair and timely resolution.

Quality & Compliance

All products must meet relevant quality and safety standards (eg. BIS, ISO, etc. for sanitary pads).
Counterfeit, expired, or unauthorized products are strictly prohibited.
The platform reserves the right to audit products or request compliance documents at any time.

Vendor Conduct & Confidentiality

Vendors must treat all customer data as confidential, in compliance with the platform’s Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.

Communication with customers must remain professional and brand-safe at all times.

Intellectual Property
